OUR PARTNERS

Narrative feature films and documentary films must NOT exceed a running time of 120 minutes.
Short films must NOT exceed a running time of 30 minutes.
Foreign language films must have English subtitles at the time submitted. Dialogue lists will NOT be accepted.

Entrants are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, and permits necessary to present their work. Chroma International Film Festival is not responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, or royalty infringement related to the work. 

RULES

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for consideration:

Films submitted must either be directed, produced, or written by a member of the Latino, Asian, Middle Eastern, Black, and other ethnic minority groups that tells a story of the specified ethnicities.

Furthermore, ANY filmmaker can also submit films to Chroma International Film Festival as long as the films meet ONE of the following criterias.

Must portray stories focused on the People Of Colour (POC) communities
Must have lead characters from ethnic diverse backgrounds.
Must entail the theme of diversity and inclusion within the industry.
