“The Late Shift” is   a 2-D animated short film about a young kitchen porter named Dan. He has been   pushing back his dream of travelling to the Dragon Temple and becoming a kung   fu warrior. This comes to head when his guilt manifests itself into a dragon.   It attacks him during his shift and he must fight for his life. He finds the   strength to best the dragon and sends it back into the poster from which it   came. It is only at that moment does he realise that his dream wasn’t that   far out of reach. He quits his job by throwing his jacket on his mean boss   before walking out to follow his dream.
